Rise Imports is led by Brian Ross, who spent two decades building and scaling natural and organic food and beverage brands before moving to the private label and sourcing side of the business.

Brian was a co-founder of Oregon Chai, helping grow it from a startup to $30M in sales before its sale to Kerry Foods. He was on the founding team at IZZE Beverage as VP of Sales, through its sale to Pepsi. As CEO of Cheribundi from 2010 to 2014, he grew the tart cherry juice brand from under $1M to $20M in sales — including steering the company through the 2012 national tart cherry crop crisis. He then spent four years as a Managing Partner and VP of Sales at Made in Nature, a Boulder-based organic dried fruit and snack company, helping take it from 25,000 to over 150,000 distribution points.
